'Celebrity Big Brother' Season 2 Premiere Date Set; Julie Chen Moonves to Host
More "Celebrity Big Brother" is headed our way.
The second season of the reality show's celebrity edition officially has a premiere date and a host. Julie Chen Moonves will return (this time using Moonves in her last name), and fans will see her in the first episode on Jan. 21.
Fans have a lot of "Celebrity Big Brother" to look forward to between its premiere and Feb. 13 finale. CBS will air multiple episodes each week, and the final episode is set for two hours. So far, the cast hasn't been announced, but that information is coming.
In signing on to host yet another season, Chen Moonves adds to her lengthy stint with the reality franchise. She started hosting "Big Brother" in 2000 but seems as excited as ever to continue. After the news was announced, she posted a promo for "Celebrity Big Brother" and wrote that "the countdown begins," adding enthusiastic emojis.
