High school continues to be really, really ridiculously awkward in the latest trailer for "The Edge of Seventeen."

The red band preview showcases more of the cringe-inducing junior year of Nadine (Hailee Steinfeld). Although we don't see as much of her loneliness after her best friend, Krista (Haley Lu Richardson), starts dating her popular older brother, Darian (Blake Jenner), in this trailer, Nadine still has other challenges as well. We see her dealing with her less-than-helpful mother, struggling to catch the eye of her crush, and forming a friendship with another boy.

There's plenty of teenage angst and embarrassing moments throughout the preview -- many of which are absolutely hilarious. Her mom, for example, gives interesting advice and tells her to remind herself, "Everyone is as miserable as I am. They're just better at pretending."
