It looks like a mutual love of "Harry Potter" really is the basis for everlasting love: Singer-actress Ariana Grande and "Saturday Night Live" star Pete Davidson are engaged, after only a few weeks of dating.

People confirmed the surprising news on Monday, with a source explaining that the whirlwind romance between the 24-year-old stars has officially blossomed into permanence.

"It's a recent engagement," the source said of the couple's big news. "They're just two people who found love quickly and make each other happy all the time. They both started talking about it this past weekend. It's nothing they've been hiding."

Indeed, Davidson and Grande have done nothing but broadcast their relationship since headlines first broke about their pairing back in May. They've been popping up in each other's Instagram feeds on a regular basis, with each star sharing several sweet snaps of the other.
