Anna Faris Speaks Out for First Time Since Separation From Chris Pratt
Anna Faris addressed fans for the first time since the Aug. 6 announcement of her separation from husband Chris Pratt.
On her popular podcast, "Anna Faris Is Unqualified," the "Mom" star made a brief statement at the beginning of episode 85.
"Hey, dear listeners: I just want to thank you all so much for all the love I've been receiving, and I truly love you," she said.
The episode continued with a pre-taped interview with "My Favorite Murder" podcast hosts Karen Kilgariff and Georgia Hardstark.
Faris often talked about Pratt, her husband of eight years and the father of her 5-year-old son, Jack. In May, she discussed how they managed a long-distance relationship while filming.
"My long-distance relationship with Chris, I wouldn't describe it as that, but we do spend a lot of time apart," she admitted. "But the advantage of that is it makes you so appreciate the time you have together, and you really, really value that."
Faris also has an upcoming book, "Unqualified," which addresses their relationship as well. Pratt himself wrote the foreword.
