'A Series of Unfortunate Events' Season 3 Date Announcement Promises 'All Will Be Revealed'
A fortunate event has occurred: Netflix has revealed the premiere date of the final season of "Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events."
The streamer shared a date announcement for Season 3 on Tuesday, Nov. 13, and it teases the conclusion of the book-inspired series. In it, the villainous Count Olaf (Neil Patrick Harris) and narrator Lemony Snicket (Patrick Warburton) offering two competing perspectives on what we've seen so far and what we can expect from the episodes to come. While Snicket describes the "series of unfortunate events," Olaf refers to them as "golden opportunities."
However you classify previous events, they'll lead to some sort of resolution; Olaf promises that "all will be revealed." Watch below.
Season 3 brings back stars Malina Weissman, Louis Haynes, and Presley Smith as the Beaudelaires. Their characters are the three orphaned children at the center of the story, who are trying to keep their family fortune out of the hands of Olaf.
The final season of "Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events" arrives Jan. 1 on Netflix.
