Prle and Tihi are Yugoslav counterparts for action heroes - resourceful, unbeatable, charming and above all on the side of justice. Their carefree youth in Belgrade is interrupted by the German occupation, so they turned to illegal resistance. Characters are not your typical communists. These are ordinary people from the edges of society, street heroes, smugglers, students - with all their human virtues and defects.
