We've listed a number of streaming and cable services - including rental, purchase, and subscription alternatives - along with the availability of 'The Villain' on each platform when they are available. Now, before we get into the various whats and wheres of how you can watch 'The Villain' right now, here are some particulars about the King Bee Studios comedy flick.

The Villain starring Billy West, Oliver Hardy, Florence McLaughlin, Bud Ross has a Not Rated rating, a runtime of about 21 min, and a scheduled release date of July 14th, 1917.

It received a user score of 55/100 on TMDb, which collated reviews from 2 top users.

Curious about the story behind it? Here's the plot: "In The Villain, Billy attempted something a little different. He's still imitating Chaplin, but this time he's playing the wicked, top-hatted Charlie found in some of his earliest Keystone appearances (e.g. Mabel at the Wheel), the ones where Charlie himself seemed to be imitating the studio's recently departed Ford Sterling. Throughout this short there is much spoofing of old-time melodramas, a frequent motif of Sterling's comedies." .
