Playing pirates Scrappy and Oopie try to recover a treasure chest thats underwater From a dock Oopie is sent down on a rope to haul it up with but fish decide to crawl over him while his hands are busy holding on and tease and annoy him into repeatedly dropping the chest just before getting to the surface
