Stepped On (2013)

UCLA Animation Workshop Student Film. What is the price of 'fitting in?' This is the main question of the film, 'Stepped On,' which tells the story of a little boy with a terrible secret: whenever he speaks, he grows scales. As a result of his unusual curse, the boy has spent his life struggling to find acceptance from the other kids around him. But when a sudden disaster confronts him, the boy is forced to choose: speak up and reveal his monstrous nature, or stay silent in the face of something horrible.
