Spaceman Review
In ‘Spaceman’, Adam Sandler explores new, metaphysical territory. The space-set drama stars Adam Sandler as an astronaut on a lonely mission with marital issues who meets a mysterious alien aiming to understand humanity.Launching on Netflix on Friday, March 1st, ‘Spaceman’ represents Adam Sandler headlining a very different sort of movie, something more along the lines of ‘Solaris’ or ‘2001: A Space Odyssey’, but though it reaches for the sort of emotional and intellectual depths explored by those movies, it ends up more stifling than inspiring.
