Filmmaker Omar McGee trains an unflinching lens on the large African-American community of his hometown of Flint, Mich., where -- despite a legacy of producing NBA stars -- violence, drugs and poverty are a sad way of life. This gritty documentary examines the economically troubled city's broken education system, which overly stresses basketball success.
