A virtual world in a scab coral (coral-like information life form) created by Eureka. Ten years have passed since the people of the virtual world appeared on this earth with the collapse. Eureka Seven Hi-Evolution Collection

As a movie project of the TV animation "Symphonic Psalms Eureka Seven", it is the second work after "Symphonic Psalms Eureka Seven: Pocketful of Rainbows" released in 2009.
