Canine Capers (1937)

Scrappy and his dog Yippy are delivering newspapers that have a story about a straydog roundup by the city dogpound Yippy swallows the horn on Scrappys bicycle and starts honing when he tries to bark This gets the attention of the dogcatcher who grabs Yippy and tosses him into the dogpound Scrappy finally gets Yippy free along with all the other dogs who band together and take off after the dogcatcher
