Wasei Shioda

Wasei Shioda (塩田 倭聖, Shioda Wasei, born in 1998) is a Japanese actor and model. His biological father is half Japanese and his biological mother is half Taiwanese. He is active in the fashion scene in Japan and abroad as a model. His first appearance in a film was in Yuho Ishibashi's Sayounara in 2018. He has since appeared in many TV dramas, commercials, and music videos.

His first starring role was in the music video "Toki no Uta", which won the Grand Prix at the Yamato Film Festival 2019. The film has been nominated for the Japan Panorama category at the Sapporo International Short Film Festival to held in October of the same year.
