Terence Donovan Biography
Terence Donovan was a celebrated and influential English fashion photographer of the 1960s and a director. He shot some 3000 commercials, along with documentaries and music videos such as Robert Palmer's Addicted To Love. He also directed the little seen 1973 feature film Yellow Dog, starring Jiro Tamiya. A black belt in Judo, Donovan wrote the 1985 book Fighting Judo.
He committed suicide in 1996, survived by his wife Diana, and his children who include actress and presenter Daisy Donovan and the co-founder of Rockstar Games, Terry Donovan.
