Patrick McGuinn Biography
Puppet shows and costume-making as a young boy. Began making Claymation films at age ten with his mother's super-8mm camera. Moved up to making larger format strange films with his father's Bolex 16mm camera. Attended NYU Tisch Shool of the Arts, making more odd 16mm films. Into adulthood with limited means, produced several short films, four features, and a feature-length documentary, all of which have found distribution, despite their lack of big-name stars and apparent non-commercial appeal.
