Patrick Kelly Biography
Patrick Kelly is an award winning musical director, actor and producer based in New Zealand, with 27 years of Music Theatre Direction and Composition for Harmonious Events Studios and Musicals, specializing in new works development. As a performer, he has worked for 23 years performing with New Zealand Opera. Theatre credits including Carmen, The Barber of Seville, State Highway 48, The Mikado NZ National Tour, Les Misérables, Chess, Jesus Christ Superstar, Live Drag: An Opera In The Making, International touring production of Ken Hills’ Phantom of the Opera.
As musical director: La Cage aux Folles and Next to Normal. As director: West Side Story and Les Misérables. He is also a co-founder of Broadway Dreams New Zealand.
