Noboru Takachi is a Japanese actor, singer, and entertainer born in Kochi City, Kochi Prefecture, Japan. From 1991 until 1996, Noboru was married to AV actress Aida Momo, and from 1999 until 2016, he was married to actress Takashima Reiko.
