Manuela Serra Biography
Manuela Serra (born in 1948) studied cinema at Institut des Arts et Diffusion (IAD), in Brussels, from 1971 to 1974. She worked as an assistant editor on the film Deus, Pátria, Autoridade. She also worked as a producer and assistant director on various film, such as Bom Povo Português, directed by Rui Simões. Between 1979/85, she wrote, produced and directed her first film, O Movimento das Coisas.
In 1990, she begun writting the script for her second film, Ondulações, which she never finished.
