Larry Wilkerson Biography
Born in Killeen, Texas, Larry A. Wilkerson has always been driven by a passion for storytelling and creativity. His educational journey began in the Dallas Independent District, where he attended Thomas Jefferson High School before furthering his studies at Richland College, focusing on general degree studies. Larry's commitment to service led him to enlist in the United States Army, where he served as a 19-Delta Sergeant with the 1st Infantry Division “Big Red 1” 4th Cavalry Regiment.
While stationed in Schweinfurt, Germany, he completed two honorable combat tours, an experience that deeply influenced his perspective and artistic expression. After his military service, Larry embraced his creative side, becoming a cataloged songwriter and recording artist under the alias K8P3R. He founded Studio House Productions, where he channeled his passion for music and film.
With an unyielding desire to expand his artistic repertoire, Larry pursued education in cinematography and film editing. In 2024, he realized a long-held dream by writing, directing, and producing his first short film, “No Sparrows,” under the Studio House banner. Larry A. Wilkerson continues to inspire others through his multifaceted talents, blending his life experiences with a commitment to creativity in all its forms.
