Jean-Marie Muller Biography
Jean-Marie Muller, born October 21, 1939 in Vesoul (France) and died in Orléans on December 18, 2021 at the age of 82, is a French philosopher, specialist in Gandhi and nonviolence. He is director of studies at the Institute for Research on Nonviolent Conflict Resolution. He is also a founding member of the Movement for a Nonviolent Alternative, and a member of the sponsorship committee of the French Coordination for the Decade for the Culture of Peace and Nonviolence.
Since 2009, he has been a founding member of the International Council of the first academic university for nonviolence in the world, AUNOHR, founded in Lebanon.
