Ida Farida Biography
Ida Farida (born May 5, 1939) is an Indonesian film director, actress and screenwriter. She started her career as a journalist and wrote short stories since 1953. She made her directorial film debut in 1979, with Guruku Cantik Sekali (My Teacher is Very Pretty). Farida won the Citra Award for Best Screenplay for her film, Semua Sayang Kamu (We All Love You) at the 1989 Indonesian Film Festival.
