Evan Scott Russell Biography
Evan Scott Russell is an award winning independent filmmaker based in Burbank California. His work has screened at festivals around the world, including the PBS Online Film Festival, The Nashville Film Festival and the Cannes International Film Festival, gaining national publicity. In the spring of 2015, he graduated with a BFA in Filmmaking from The University of North Carolina School of the Arts.
