Emerich Roth Biography
Emerich Roth, born August 28, 1924 in Sevlus in Czechoslovakia (today Vynohradiv in Ukraine), is a Swedish writer, lecturer and social worker who is lecturing on racism, violence, hate, Nazi abuse and the Holocaust. During World War II, Emerich Roth was detained in five different concentration camps. In 1950 he came to Sweden. He is one of the founders of the Society of Holocaust Survivors.
He has also founded the Emerich Foundation in 1994, a non profit organization that engages in encouraging young people to counteract violence and xenophobia.
