Constantinos Stephanopoulos Biography
Constantinos Stephanopoulos has served as President of the Hellenic Republic from March 10, 1995 - March 12, 2005. On Friday, August 13, 2004, he is the first Head of State as President of the Hellenic Republic to declare open the Games of the XXVIII Olympiad, Athens 2004, of the modern era in Athens, Greece. He accompanied by President's Adjutant Officer of the Hellenic Air Force Colonel Georgios Dritsakos.
