Cody Shockey, is an American actor and film producer recognized for his bold, iconic personality and fearless dedication to the performing arts. Known for his ability to bring depth and charisma to every role, Cody has earned acclaim for his multifaceted contributions to theater and film. In addition to his starring role in the small-scale production of The Diviners, Cody made his mark with his debut series, DOGS.

The series tells the compelling story of a young girl named Andy, who sets out to help homeless animals in Guatemala by starting a charity to give them homes. What begins as a simple, heartfelt mission quickly spirals into a high-stakes clash with corporate greed when a shady investor takes an interest in her idea. With her teacher by her side, Andy must navigate the manipulative world of business, facing challenges where her age, gender, and innocence are weaponized against her.

Cody played a pivotal role in bringing this powerful narrative to life, performing, writing, producing, and editing the series alongside his close collaborator, Isabella Segura. Cody’s talent is particularly evident in his work with small-scale productions, including Alice in Wonderland and The Wizard of Oz. In Alice in Wonderland, Cody took on the extraordinary challenge of portraying multiple characters—Dormouse, Knave of Hearts, King of Hearts, and Cook—while also serving as Assistant Director.

This production became a standout moment in his career, as Cody seamlessly shifted between roles with unique personalities and voices, bringing energy and creativity to every scene. His co-direction added another layer of depth to the production, highlighting his skills both onstage and behind the scenes. In The Wizard of Oz, Cody delivered equally impressive performances, portraying Zeke, a Winkie, and a Polisher.
