Catherine Skinner Biography
Catherine Skinner is an Actress and Writer known for Doctors (2000), The Nevers (2021) and Father Brown (2013). After studying Drama at Manchester University, Catherine began her career at Birmingham Rep and since then has worked consistently in theatre, television and radio. Her extensive theatre credits include RSC, Wyndams/ATG, Hightide and the Finborough where she appeared in “Little Madam” by James Graham as Margaret Thatcher and in “Mirror Teeth” by Nick Gill both directed by Kate Wasserberg.
Her television work includes “Housewife 49” by Victoria Wood, “Close to the Enemy” by Stephen Poliakoff and “The Nevers” on HBO.
