Tom Holland Finally Responds to Mockery From Anthony Mackie (and His Own Fans)
Tom Holland must have the patience of a saint.
His Spider-Man is called "Underoos" and "Penis Parker" on screen, and off-screen he's constantly fielding (hilarious) trash talk from "Avengers" co-stars Anthony Mackie (Sam/Falcon) and Sebastian Stan (Bucky/Winter Soldier) -- plus some roasting from his own fans.
Mackie just spent a good amount of time on "The Late Show" mocking Holland as a "wildy annoying" little Shih Tzu, after Mackie and Stan spent months taking little shots at the Spidey star.
Holland referenced Mackie's latest jabs in this wonderfully shade-heavy tweet:

Holland showed even more of a sense of humor about himself when quoting a fan's comment that his red carpet photos always make it look like he's hiding a frog in his mouth:
At least he doesn't take himself too seriously. Zendaya -- whom Holland is probably not dating, despite reports -- also knows how to keep him humble with her own gentle ribbing. We can expect to see a lot more of them in the next Spider-Man movies.
Holland's Peter Parker/Spider-Man and Mackie's Sam Wilson/Falcon will next be seen in "Avengers: Infinity War," which opens May 4th, 2018.
