Missing 'Scandal'? ABC's New Digital Spinoff Is Here to Tide You Over
If you've been missing Olivia Pope, you're not the only one.
To tide fans over during the mid-season hiatus of "Scandal," ABC has launched its new digital spinoff series, "Scandal: Gladiator Wanted." In it, fixer extraordinaire Pope (Kerry Washington) is on the campaign trail, so we follow the rest of the gang as they scramble to try to find a new intern to join the crisis management team. Although the miniseries is comprised of just six parts and each episode is only a couple of minutes long, the drama lives up to the show's title.
Darby Stanchfield, who plays Abby in "Scandal," directs the miniseries as well as stars in it. She is joined by her fellow "Scandal" cast mates Katie Lowes, Guillermo Diaz, Cornelius Smith Jr., and George Newbern.
