Kevin McKidd (aka Dr. Owen Hunt) is trying to rent out his 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in California's Hollywood Hills.
According to Realtor.com, it's 1,600 square feet with a guesthouse and beautiful gardens, and it can be yours -- temporarily, anyway -- for $7,900 per month. (Yeah, you might have to be a Seattle doctor to afford it.)
Head to Realtor.com to see photos of the place, described as "French/Tuscan with a modern edge." The kitchen is lovely, but the garden is the real selling (or renting) point. It would be nice to hear happier reasons for the rental, but McKidd and his wife Jane announced their plans to divorce in July. They will co-parent their two children, but they're apparently parting ways with the house.
So now the place is for lease. Of course, McKidd wouldn't be a hands-on landlord like Mr. Roper or Mr. Furley in "Three's Company." He'd too busy with his day job on "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 to show up if there's a maintenance issue. (The ABC show returns January 19.) Owen has enough problems trying to track down Amelia to track down new toilet fixtures.
